ESITECH, Inc. warrants each product and/or system that we provideto be free from defect in material and workmanship under normaluse and service, subject to the following conditions: The warranty period is classified as one (1) year, beginning with the date of acceptance or beneficial usage by the Owner, and is limited to the replacement or repair, during normal business hours (8:30
AM to 5:00 PM Eastern), of such product as deemed by an ESITECH, Inc. authorized service agent as being defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover repair or replacement due to damage from unreasonable use (damage from accident, fire, vandalism or other casualty, misuse, Acts of God, or negligence), or repair or replacement needed because of modification or tampering
by persons who have not been authorized by ESITECH, Inc. to perform service to the equipment under warranty. Nor does this warranty extend to damages created on any portion of our equipment from the installation of improper materials or improper installation methods by others, improper or insufficient maintenance, improper operation, or normal wear and tear from normal usage.

Regarding systems that are supplied and installed in existing facilities and/or inserted into existing equipment, ESITECH, Inc. makes no warranty as to existing conditions of equipment, wiring and/or installation quality with the exception that ESITECH, Inc. will leave the existing equipment in the same operating state as it was found at commencement of the work, unless authorized by the owner to do otherwise.
